THE EASTER STORY - A MUSICAL JOURNEY THROUGH HOLY WEEK

This is a musical composition written in 2000 by Sandra and Stephen Miller of Auchterarder Parish, on words by Ernie Dick.  It will take place on Palm Sunday, 24 March 2024 at 7:30 in Auchterarder Parish Church. and will be performed by a choir drawn from Auchterarder Parish Church, other local  churches and choirs, and with friends from  musical groups around Fife.  There is no charge for the performance, but there will be the opportunity to give a donation to UNICEF as you leave.  All are welcome.

'THE PEOPLE'S PASSION' PLAY

Auchterarder Parish Church Good Friday, 29th March  6-7 pm

From the roaring crowd at the entry into Jerusalem to the moving drama of the crucifixion, a chorus of voices tell the Easter story.  A powerful piece of theatre and worship, The People’s Passion brings the community together to re-create the events of Holy Week. There’s a part for everyone and no rehearsal needed. There are parts for groups and parts for individuals, music and moments of reflection.  Riding Lights provides the script, you provide the cast.
