Worship @ APC

Worship Arrangements  from 04 April 2022

Due to the changes made last week in current Scottish Government advice and Church of Scotland Guidelines:

  • Social distancing is no longer required and there is no reduced capacity to possible church attendance

  • Pre booking for services is no longer required and no track and trace details will  be taken.

  • We are now able to serve tea and coffee again after worship.

  • The wearing of masks is no longer a  requirement.

  • Space will be set aside for those wishing to continue to socially distance.

Current hygiene expectations will continue to be supported and hand sanitising stations remain available throughout the buildings.

Worship is suitable for all ages.  Praise is led by our praise orchestra, piano and organ - songs and hymns are a mixture of old and new and use is also made of a variety of media to watch or to listen to, or perhaps even to introduce and/or  learn something new.

There are 2 opportunities for prayer in our two prayer groups.  There is one held via ZOOM each Saturdy morning from 9:00 - 9:30.  And as result of the changes in COVID regulations, we can meet again in person on a Sunday moring 9:30 in the Board Room in the Community Church Centre.  For further details and to get the link for the ZOOM group, email: LMcChlery@churchofscotland.org.uk

Sunday worship is live streamed  on the Auchterarder Parish YouTube chanel.  It will also appear shortly afterwards on the homepage of this website and a link will be posted on Facebook and Twitter.

If you know someone who doesn’t have access to technology, we have CD recordings available. Please admin@auchterarderparish.org for more details.

We meet on the last Sunday of each month, to celebrate a short service of Holy Communion after the service.

For further information on special services such as Communion and Remembrance, see the heading  'Special Services.
