YOUTH WORKER APPEAL
Michelle has been the Auchterarder Parish Church Youth Worker for 2.5 years and we have seen much growth in our children, youth and families work during that time:

Friday Night Youth Club increased to 40+ young people

School Pastors in Auchterarder School

Holiday Club expanded!

Messy Church, Kidsteam and creche well supported

Supporting the Kirk Cafe
What more can she do?? Her expanded role will maximise opportunities for mission, including supporting our café, promoting our Church Centre’s outreach activities, and community engagement through ‘Auchterarder and Aberuthven Connected’. Michelle herself is passionately committed to this new role, and we are watching this space with excitement!To fund this post we need tangible support from the congregation to raise £35K/year from January 2027. Please prayerfully consider whether you can be part of that!
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
Here’s how to support our Youth Worker Appeal and allow us to accurately manage the funds donated .

Our preferred method is for members to give via a separate monthly Standing Order through your bank account. This makes support for our ongoing Youth and Community work part of your regular Christian commitment and allows our finance team to budget accurately on predicted income. Either complete an additional standing order form, which are available at the back of the Church, or download from our website and notify kennyauchterarder@gmail.com after handing to your bank. Anyone with Online Banking can set this up through their Banking App without need to send a form to the bank. Bank details are at the foot of the page. Please reference “Youth Work”.
If you would prefer to make a one-off donation, this can be made in the following ways:

A one off cash donation via the Collection plate in a separate envelope labelled “Youth Work”. Please include your name so we can claim Gift Aid if you are already registered.

Through our website you can follow “Donate” and make a donation of your choice. Please email kennyauchtearder@gmail.com to advise you wish the donation and the sum to be for “Youth Work”
